SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING:
In stock items ship within 2 business days after purchase. You will receive an emailed tracking number when it ships. If your item is out of stock, you will be contacted via email.
All USA orders ship free with USPS Standard Shipping. You may select USPS Standard Shipping, or UPS expedited shipping (rates will be calculated). Expedited shipping is unavailable for PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
RETURNS:
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Please send an email to support@happyuma.com with your order number and item(s) to return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and we will refund your original form of payment within two business days of receiving the goods back. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed with your financial institution. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
