RETURNS:

We hope that you love your purchase from Happy Uma. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase. We recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. 

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Please email us to support@happyuma.com with your order number and item(s) to return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and we will refund your original form of payment within two business days of receiving the goods back. Please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed with your financial institution. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’d like to make an exchange, simply return the original unused order back to us for a refund and make a new purchase for the item you want through our site.
